Daniel R. Marsh Sr.

Daniel Richard Marsh Sr, 79, of Bedford, passed away on June 9, 2025.

Born May 28, 1946, he was the son of William A. and Ovena (Johnson) Marsh.

Daniel worked as a Union Welder.

He enjoyed riding and tending to horses, camping, hunting, and trail riding.

Daniel was a member of the Chuck Wagon Cowboy Fellowship Church and a proud member of the AQHA Quarter Horse Association.

Surviving are his children, Daniel R. (Jody) Marsh Jr. and Kathy J. (David) Oakes; Stepdaughters, Merlene, Rhena, and Sammi Jo; Grandchildren, Regina, Richie (Krystal), Scottie, Jessica (Brian), Cortney (Rickey), Tiara, and Katie; 18 Great-Grandchildren; his 4 beloved horses; and his dog, Sue.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Frank, Bill, Jim, Delores, and Elma.

Celebration of life was held at the Chuck Wagon Cowboy Fellowship, Bedford.
