Daniel W. "Danny" Owens, 84, of Bedford, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2026. He left us a legacy of a work ethic that illuminated family values. 

Born July 8, 1941, in Charlestown, Indiana, he was the son of Vincent Owens and Opal Dove Rowe. 

A 1959 graduate of Mitchell High School, he went on to work at Tri-Angle Construction and B & LS Contracting. He later became the owner of Hoosier Lawn Service. 

Danny was a devoted husband to his wife, Terri, whom he married on November 29, 1986, in Bedford, Indiana. Together, they shared a life filled with love, family, and travel.

Visitation will be on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 3:30 to 8:00 P.M. at the Limestone Chapel of George Funeral Care, 527 15th Street, Bedford, Indiana 47421.

A private burial will be held at a later date.
