Sharon Lee Meadows, 84, of Bedford, passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Westview Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Born April 7, 1942, in Bloomington, she was the daughter of Audus and Oneta (Burris) Young.

Sharon attended Bloomington High School and was a homemaker.

She married William C. “Yum” Meadows on June 27, 1959 and he preceded her in death on January 21, 2009.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her children, Valerie (Mike) Luchauer, Karman Arbuckle, and Kelly Sherrill; grandchildren, Jade Luchauer, Alex Luchauer, Miranda (Mike) Gordon and her father, Donnie Arbuckle, Kylee (Chase) Sherrill, Madison Sherrill, and Mellanie Sherrill, and their father, Rick Sherrill; great-granddaughter, Hadley Gordon; brothers, Rodney Young and Michael Young; as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William; grandparents, Frank and Anna Burris; grandsons,William Scott Harris and D.J. Arbuckle; and sisters, Phyllis Taylor, Barbara Boruff, and Jeanette Robertson.

Friends and family are welcome to the graveside service at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at the Bartlettsville Methodist Cemetery, with Bro. Greg Eads officiating.
