He was a Christian that loved his savior, Jesus Christ. He was a member of the Resurrection Life Ministries in Mitchell.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife, Gwen, of Bedford; sons, Terry “TJ” Oliver Bultman Jr. , Thomas (Alicia Hill) Bultman, and Samuel Bultman, all of Bedford; two daughters, Kerri (Bultman) Bayless and husband Brock, of Greensburg, and Kanisha (Bultman) Turpin, and husband, David, of Bedford; grandchildren, Michaela Hoegeman and fiancé Tristan Smith, of Greensburg, Isaiah and Elijah Johnson, Julian, Jayla, and Jream Turpin, and Karaline and Lanie Bultman, all of Bedford; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Terry was a loving husband, father, brother, son, uncle, uncle “cycle” to his great-nephews, brother-in-law, and friend. All that knew Terry loved him. He couldn’t go out in public without seeing someone he knew. Terry enjoyed going to yard sales, flea markets, thrift shops, and antique stores. Where ever he could go to get a good deal, and then sell it for a profit. He made many friends in his finds.
